Guest Rooms

Our bedrooms feature hand-forged queen beds made in our own blacksmith shop as well as feather beds and country quilts for a restful sleep. We have three guest rooms, air-conditioned May-Oct; The floors are carpeted with hand-painted floorcloths, a New England tradition, made right here by Marilyn in her studio. A unique flair and feeling is offered in each bedroom with Jack's skills as a blacksmith and Marilyn's talents with fabrics and decor obvious in each comfortable room.

The attention to detail and ambiance takes you to another place, far from the hectic pace and pressures of modern living. The historic craftsmanship reminds one of the calm and gentle times of a more genteel era.

The Forand Room

...has a queen bed and a small adjoining room with a privacy curtain that has a double bed- both share a private bath with claw-foot bathtub and hand shower.

The Knowlton Room

...features a queen bed and private bathroom with shower.

The Williamson Room

...is located on the first floor and has a queen bed ,electric fireplace and dressing room/private bath with tub/shower.
